Inspired by all the mosses I've encountered while hiking around the Bay Area hills, I collaged together all the best moss pics from my camera roll into this lushly textured tapestry. Tucked into the corners lie tiny mushrooms, a Totoro and a forest spirit — a nod to the Studio Ghibli films that taught me from a young age to look for the tiny beauty that lies hidden everywhere in plain sight.
